Different Hosts Cannot Share Same Path In Url

Hello,
I have got a setup with different domains for different languages.

The system prevents entering the same path for permalink although different hosts are in use.

Example

If the permalink for an English page
http://www.company.com/services
exists, entering
http://www.company.de/services
is not possible. The system alters the permalink back to
http://www.company.de/services-2
after entering services.

Usually this make sense, but not if different hosts are applied due to the different languages.
