Cannot add Variations

I can add a new variation to a new and an existing product but when i save it, it is no longer there.

Hello @lpam

I’m afraid I don’t know why you site behaves like that – could you mail us at support@jigoshop.com and provide temporary admin access and FTP access to the site? All I can think of is some server limitations, but it does not seems to be judging from your System Info.

I have the same issue.
The products with variables are showing as unavailable.

No response about this issue? I cannot add variations as well. They disappear immediately after clicking update.

I’m having the same problems:

1) can’t add variations/attributes to products- the buttons don’t work
2) variable products show as “unavailable”

I tried disabling all other plugins- thought it might be a plugin conflict, but that never resolved anything.

This started happening when I updated to the latest version of JigoShop!

Has anyone got a solution?

I just updated to the latest Jigoshop and still no change. I have just emailed support.
