Spinning image and also (This page is unsecured) error message

I am using your plugin with wordpress latest version 4.1.1
and plugin version is 1.1

I have 2 problems:
1) This page is unsecured. Do not enter a real credit card number. Use this field only for testing purposes.

2) Spinning image on the page no redirects and submission.

Please provide a solution at least plugins basic functionality should work.
