Customer confirmation email showing wrong currency

    I have recently gone to the length of allowing our shop to accept USD and GBP, this is all working and in place.

    However when testing i noticed that in the customer confirmation email the subtotal and total are showing the £ symbol when the customer bought items that are sold in USD $

    Is there a way i can change this as its going to confuse a lot of customers.

    I suppose you are using Jigoshop Multi Currency plugin? If so, it is probably a bug in that extension – please accept our apology, we will work on fixing this issue.

    Hello @brijmitchell

    Which version of Multi Currencies plugin you are using? Quick test on 1.8 shows it changes to proper order currency.

    I have just updated to the latest version, i will test the email now.

    I have also just noticed that single products are not displaying the price.

    The variant products are displaying from $xxx but products with a single price are showing nothing.

    The email issue has been resolved but the $ products are not showing the price….is there a option i have missed?

    variant products are showing a from price but the single products are not displaying anything.

    Could you post your site’s address? I don’t understand what you mean simple products are not showing price… Or maybe a screenshot or something at least?

    For example you can see some products with the price showing from but the others such as

    conference evening event has no price showing…..

    @brijmitchell Does this product show price correctly when Multiple Currencies is deactivated?

    Please be sure that you have a price entered for those products.

    If it still is not working please send temporary admin access to us at support@jigoshop.com and we can check closer into this.

    Yes it was displaying the prices before i added the plugin, the prices are set correctly, if you add them to the cart you can see this.

    I have figured this out, i have the catalog deluxe plugin and the setting to disable to the price was enabled, obviously this option does not overwrite the variant products which is why is was confusing me a little.

    all sorted.
