I now have the form set up, but I want to know whether I can create more than one column going across. Right now I have one column coming down, but I need to have 3 columns.

Also, how do I placed “resolved” when the problem I asked have been resolved?

The plugin includes some special classes to assign to the fields and display the form with a table format. Please, read the answer to the question:

-Q: Is there a way to format the form in a table structure (various fields in the same line)?
