Links “href” is Uppercase; Causing Validation Errors

    Does anybody know the file you can edit to change “HREF” to “href”?

    This happens whenever I highlight text in a new post, and click the create link icon to make a link for the selected text. This is a small issue, but I want my page to validate 100%.
