This is an excellent plugin, very practical and easy. Huge thanks for this. l have the same problem than Dave. When l change the Defaut Tipogaphy, Heading 2 in my case, l can see the font changing. But when l save it, the font l selected doesn’t appear anymore. When l go back to the the customizser area, the font l chose is still here though. My website is also in development and l have the last version of this plugin 1.3.5

Can you check if your themes header.php file contains the wp_head() function call. If it is missing add it in. Let me know how you get on. Cheers

Hi,
Just create new font controls and add the appropriate css selectors for the following (by going to Settings > Google Fonts):
- Page Heading:
#main h2.section-title
- Slider Title:
.slide .slide-content.entry h2.title
Once you have created these controls, visit Appearance > Customize and you will see your new font controls under the Theme Typography section which will allow you to control the elements you are having difficultly with. Let me know how you get on. Cheers

Thanks for helping people in trouble with their websites. i am a learner and making my first website on localhost with wordpress. All was going well but from today i am facing the following problem. please help me.
I have a publishing issue. Whether I change my text fonts with the default typography or my custom theme typography, my settings do not save as SOON AS I LEAVE THE CUSTOMIZER. To be clear, the font does change when I select a new font, but When i save and publish and visit the page, my font is back to how it looked before.
Then i go back to the typography in the customizer, and all of my options are still selected as i chose them, yet the font looks default. Then when I go to select a different font, the font will change to what I select. It just wont stay past exiting the customizer. Any ideas? thanks!
