can anyone tell me how to format meta slider to create the slider at the bottom of the page under latest blog posts? or some way how to create it using another program? http://www.template-preview.com/wordpress/300111843/

Hi there,

Something similar could be created with Meta Slider using the ‘Carousel’ layout:
https://www.metaslider.com/examples/carousel/

You can add captions/text below the images like they have in your example.
