Header background image on non-mobile only?

    Hi – I’d like to use a full width header background image (non-tiled). It looks nice on a large screen, but not as nice on mobile (the header background image jumps around when the responsive menu is expanded).

    Is it possible to use a header background image on large screens, but turn it off for mobile?

    Not afraid of css and php.
