    I you have sweidish wordpress installation the dates on the frontend should already be translated accordingly. In the backend the date picker is still only in english, but I will change this in one of the next version.

    i used codestyling-localization this works perfect for “Event list”

    1. add language
    2. read plugin files
    3. edit the language
    4. translate every line you see
    5. create .mo file (on top)
    6. refresh website and see if it works
