I did that before asking the question and none of that information applies. All links are correct. The php was disabled/enabled and it made no difference, and I do not have an error or area where the captcha is not displaying (you can try this yourself on the page I submitted).
Please address and assist.

I am using Mozilla Firefox.
I just tried it in IE and it worked… Must be a setting I have on this browswer. I also don’t see my icons, so something must be incorrect. I just didn’t think they were related. Thank you for checking that.
