Looks like that’s probably a theme issue – have you asked the developers of the theme? Commercial themes aren’t supported on these forums.

You could also try deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that.

Try another theme – do you have the same issue?

Unfortunately, it’s very unlikely that anyone here can fix a commercial theme – we don’t have access to theme and it’s part of what you paid for: http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

If the developer isn’t providing support, perhaps you should find a new theme?
