I’m guessing you mean at the top, not at the bottom?

Thank you for your reply, vladff. No, what I am looking for is for the menu to be showed at the bottom of the initial loading sequence. I fou the optoin to make it show up the top, I just want it to be shown by default at the bottom of the initial page.

In other words, my users have to scroll down to get starting using the site, but they may not know they need to do that.
I just want the menu to start out as shown so what my users do not have to scroll to see it. I still want them to have to scroll down to seee content..
I see. No, that’s not very possible at the moment, that’s why I said you can display it at top so they can see the menu. We are planning some options that would allow something like this for the next version though. A very basic implementation would be this added to a custom CSS plugin:

max-width: 500px;
}

I just installed the wonderful Moesia theme and it works very well.
But there is no option you mention here:

How can I put the menu at the top of the page?
And one more thing: There is no FP: Moesia Contact widget, only the Contact Info widget.

What version of the theme are you using? If you’re using one of the latest ones the option is there.
