OK this one blows even me away. On my computer I can not see the social buttons but on other computers I can (see bad quality attachment), I’ve even signed out of the admin account and can still not see them, can someone please help I’ve tried numerous computers now.

The only issue I know of that is computer specific (or at least browser-specific) is that some ad block plugins with block sharing buttons.
This doesn’t affect just this plugin, but any sharing button plugins. If you have an ad block enabled, you could try disabling, or pausing it and seeing if that makes a difference.
