Looking for an awesome permissions plugin.

Hi,

I am looking for an awesome plugin that can somewhat do the following:

Data Entry – Group of users with a single login: dataentry@domain.com or each has their own logins.
• Can upload or update the blog and must be placed in a unpublished area that is subject for approval by a specific user or groups.
• Cannot delete and modify anything.
• Cannot change settings of the entire blog.
• Cannot publish the contents of Catablog.
• Can only add new contents.

Administrators – Group of users with a single login: admin@domain.com or webmaster@domain.com or each has their own logins.
• Can do anything.

Sub administrators – Group of users with a single login: subadmin@domain.com or each has their own logins.
• Does not have full admin rights.
• Cannot add plugins and adjust plugins.
• Can work with Catablog but cannot post new entries.
• Cannot copy pages and modify them.
• Can only adjust the settings of the WordPress site and the Catablog plugin.

Reviewers – Group of users with a single login: reviewers@domain.com or each has their own logins.
• Everything is just going to be read only.
• Possibility of approving unpublished posts.
