url not directing correctly…

I recently (10 minutes ago) moved my blog from the main page of my site into /blog/

http://anixstudio.com/blog/

Now, I’ve done this plenty of plenty of times, and I did everything needed, changed the urls in WP, and in the database file, and reuploaded it, but for some reason I cannot for the life of me figure out why when you click on the comment link (or the ‘more’ link in the second post) it redirects to the index.php file in the root directory of the site. I know this is probably something that just slipped my mind, but I was hoping maybe someone could push me in the right direction.
