Form Builder Business – Email not working

I am using a copy I just purchased, I am using postman smtp and have tested it as working fine with my normal contact page and test mail. When I submit my form it is not sending email.
Some background –
This is on a intranet server, it does have basic internet access but is filtered via domain GPO. Does your form manager go outside of network for anything even if sending email internally (internal smtp server)I am getting no errors, I see the data showing up in the database but emails are not sending.
