sendpress disappeared during update

    Version 3.8.5

    We were using free version of SendPress, sending approx 400 emails. The following morning it had disappeared completely from the dashboard (plugin menu) and no longer appears in the sidemenu or list of plugins.

    We have a message on the dashboard: “An automated wordpress update has failed to complete.” Not sure if it’s related – we thought we had updated the plug in an hour or two before sending.

    Any suggestions?

    You may need to delete the Sendpress plugin folder through FTP and install it and activate again. The settings are in the database so you won’t lose anything. Could just be a permissions or space issue with your hosting provider.
