Blog excerpt thumbnail

Hi,

I would like the images to appear bigger in “Read More” excerpt, at the same size they are in the blog text itself. The theme options only let choose between 150×150 and 200×120 sizes, and both are too small for my purpose, as I am setting a front page comprised by excerpts.

I would appreciate very much if you provide me help in this matter.
