When i click on that tab it should get changed with text alone instead page is moving down towards the content part and all above content get hided… i need to show up full page with the tab content…
Here the above content also get hided.. it start showing from below the header of the tab part even tilte too not showing

It sounds very much like a plugin/theme conflict (JavaScript issue).
Can you try deactivating all your plugins to see if it solves the problem? If it does, re-activate them one by one to find the culprit.
You can also try to switch to the default WordPress theme to see if this is the problem.

I have removed the plugin i dint made live it in any page…. I need to know whether when we click title does the scroll options shows from the content?

The thing is you are the first one to come with this issue and I can’t reproduce it on a local installation. I’m pretty sure it is JS related. I would need to see it to try and fix.
