This should have displayed the page with the ‘online’ tab open, however the cash and online tabs were both shown as active and the content associated with the first (cash) tab was shown
I have not seen this issue previously, so we need to do some troubleshooting. The first thing to rule out is an issue caused by another plugin. To do this deactivate all other plugins and check whether the correct tab & tab content are shown as active. If so activate the previously deactivated plugins one by one checking whether the issue reappears each time to identify which plugin is causing a conflict.
If the issue is the same with no other plugins active, next investigate whether the theme may have a conflict by temporarily switching to a default theme such as twenty-fifteen.
