    Hi,

    I installed Google Analytics code only to find I have two closing header rages in my header.php file. Will this cause a problem?

    I’m running twenty twelve template.

    Not sure if it will cause a problem, but there’s no reason why adding the Google Analytics script should add a second closing header tag, unless you’re copying it by mistake from an example.
