You can select your logo in Appearance >> Customize >> General Options http://screencast.com/t/vFnKrTZdg3. Simply place your logo there. If this doesn’t work could you please post link to your site so I can take a look?
If you’re looking to replace logo with header image that will link to your home page you’ll have to make changes to header.php.
If you want to do that please let me know.

Thanks for the response. I am trying to replace the logo with a header image that will be clickable, simply linking back to the home page.
But the image is just a ‘logo’/the name of the company.

It’s not possible to have a click-able header image, instead of the logo, in the Zerif theme. 🙂
And if you want to have a full size header instead of the logo, it will require you to get rid of the navigation menu. :/

I don’t really want a header image. My problem is that when I uploaded my logo it stopped being clickable. In the default theme, the zerif logo is clickable and directs to the home page. I’m trying to get this same functionality.

This is not the way the theme works, logo should still be clickable and link to the homepage.
