This should be possible with some custom CSS. Please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css
#nav-header .nav li a { color: #fff; }Replace the color hex value with the color of your choice. You can use sites similar to this one to get hex value for the color of your choice:
If this doesn’t work could you please post link to your site so I can take a look?

Thank you for the clarification. This should be possible with some custom CSS. You could add link to your menu in Appearance >> Menus and since each menu item has it’s own unique ID you could apply CSS to that specific menu item so it looks like that.
Can you please add the item to your menu and post link to your site so I can try to help you out with the CSS.
