    Hi…not sure if you can help me, but I’ve just noticed my website has disappeared.
    “Safari can’t find the server…”

    Someone else set up the hosting for me and I have no idea which company they used. I can not get a hold of the person who set it up and I don’t know how to access my site or the contents of my site. I was never given passwords or anything, so I’m at a loss.

    Plus, I have no idea what I’m doing…so be gentle. 🙂

    Is there any guidance or support you could provide for me to at least get all of my content from my site? Thank you very much.

    Here’s some info on the hosting :

    http://www.whois.com/whois/spellitwithpeas.com

    You’ll have to contact them – hopefully you can convince them that you are the rightful owner of the site – so they give you access to the site files and database. Sounds like perhaps the hosting has not kept paid for.

    I have contacted them already, no reply yet, but can I somehow get/download my stuff through WordPress?

    No, your site is on the host’s server. WordPress.ORG doesn’t have any info or data for anyone’s site. If and when you get access back, be sure to start making backups of your site on a regular basis :)!
