Could you provide a screenshot of your wp admin where it should be?
Also, could you click your screen options tab at the top of the post editor screen to make sure a “Required Steps” option is listed and checked?
I checked the screen options and it is indeed checked. Here’s a screenshot:

Thanks for your help!
You should have something like http://cl.ly/image/1a23471w3w3N a bit further down from where you are in that screenshot.
If that’s not anywhere on the page, then we have a metabox gone missing.
From everything I’ve always seen with BadgeOS, it should be in the metabox right below that one.

You’ll see the matching “Maximum earnings” and “Hidden?” inputs between your screenshot and mine.
Worst case, provide a screenshot of the whole page and I’ll be able to determine if it’s fully missing.
Any changes with this one site4pets?
Hello Michael,
I’m having an similar issue.
No matter what kind of badge achievement I’m adding.
It does not show up at the user frontend.
Test Badge: Login 1 Time – receive 10 Points + Imagebadge
Test Badge2: Change Profile – receive 10 Points + Imagebadge
Setup: WP+EDD+bbpress+BadgeOS+User-profile Frontend plugin
Any help/workaround is very much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
Further Information:
-Within Badge settings I’m not able saving any Achievement types.
No matter which one I select, after publishing the changed option it is blank again (deleted/not saved) – like I’d not even added one in the first place.
What part of a frontend are you expecting achievements to show up in? Whatever page the “User-profile Frontend” plugin creates? I’m not familiar with this plugin, for what it’s worth.
For what sounds like a second issue, your steps data isn’t properly saving?
Thanks for the quick reply.
The plugin I ment is https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-frontend/
Further the steps data does not save at all.
No matter if I use the “Save All Steps” button or article “publish” button.
Any clue what this could be?
Thanks
… update:
I’ve removed user-frontend plugin.
Error is still the same. Could this relate to EDD?
Thanks
For the frontend user part, chances are the plugins don’t know about each other, and thus user-frontend doesn’t know that it can show anything. Secondly is that if you’re going based on being able to see achievements at the bottom of a user’s WP admin profile, know that that’s meant for administrators to manage user achievements, it’s not something that shows to subscribers or anything like that.
By chance do you have the BadgeOS Community Addon installed and active as well?
Marking resolved.
