Error in Function.php

    I edited the function.php file then tried to update it and got the following message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/he/rb/ur/herburbia.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/raindrops/functions.php on line 9087

    I then restored a previous version of the function.php file and still got the same message!

    As a result, my website is currently completely out of action!

    Any suggestions?
