Is it possible to attach the resume to the email that the Employer Receives? Or can there be a simple link that allows them to instantly download it?

This should already happen in resume manager 🙂

I see the link out now to the resume on the website. However I am guessing not a way to allow the resume to attach to the email?

Correct. Really whatever format the user uploads. So if it was a doc or pdf or anything like that. We have it as a required field so would be cool if we could attach the upload to the email.
