Errors with WAMP

Hi,

I have tried to install WordPress in windows 7 USING wamp

I have got few errors on running WAMP with wordpress

1. Unable to change the theme -tried with add new in appearances and got “Are you sure want to do this try again” -error (tried changing the 30 line of index in www folder to “true” & added code to increase the memory below db collate)but still not working

2. I have tried manually copy pasting the theme folder- the theme appears on themes section of dashboard while activating getting lot of error messages

Kindly suggest some solutions
