    Getting the following message when I try to login to my admin panel

    misc.php is a core WordPress file, you should never edit it. Download a fresh copy of WordPress from wordpress.org and replace your misc.php file with the one in the original distribution. If anything similar happens to any other core files, it’s best to just reinstall WordPress.
