Layout looks HORRIBLE!!! :'(

    I can’t get my sidebar, header image or content or anything else to look the way i want it to or go where i position it!! i’ve read every single article in the codex and still nothing works. I NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP!! Please help me anyone, i’m so close to giving up and switching to another blog.
