Multi language Permalink problem

    Hello everyone,
    I have a Turkish/English wordpress site with qtranslate plugin. I’m Turkish. And website will be used usually in Turkish. So my permalinks are in turkish.
    But I want permalinks to be in English, when someone switchwes site to English.
    How can I do this in an easy way?
