Customise is not working

    I am using WordPress 4.1 with theme Elite pro 2.5.7

    I cannot make the “customise” feature work. I type into the fields in the LH column, but the template does not change.

    Do you have this same problem on a default WP theme (like twentyfifteen)? Have you tried deactivating any plugins to see if they are causing this?

    If it’s only your theme, check with the developers – they provide support for their commercial products.

    Thank you for getting back, WPyogi. I did try deactivating all plugins, and clearing cache, etc. Still having problems. I’ve left a message on the theme developers forum, too. Will let you know when I find the answer. Thanks!
