Error message – Rating Widget can't sync
-
Hey guys,
a few days ago I got the error message and it still appears in WordPress:
Oops… your server is blocking the access to our API, therefore your license can NOT be synced.
Please contact your host to enable remote access to:http://api.rating-widget.com
http://rating-widget.com
https://rating-widget.comI asked my hoster today but they say, nothing is blocked on their side. What’s wrong here? The rating system doesn’t work at the moment at all. Does it switch off totally when it isn’t synced?
Best regards
Mr.Snyder

Hi all,
My apologies but we have encountered a bug on our side and an immediate fix have already been released.
Kindly update the plugin to the latest version 2.4.2.Let me know if this fixed the issue.
For me it works after the update but I had to add my secret key in WordPress again (seems it changed!?!)! Thanks man!
