header image alt text forced to null in header.php

I uploaded an image to my media library and made sure it had alt text. An ADA compliance scanner complained there was no alt text on the image.

I looked at header.php and the code explicitly forced an alt text of “” rather than picking it up from the media library.

I modified header.php to add the text to pass this scanner, but it’s different alt text than is in the media library.
