Is it possible to resize the Pin Widget at all? Ideally to be able to give it a custom size like the Pin boards via shortcode.

Hello. No it’s not possible at this time. Sorry.

Currently this plugin only allows what’s also available with embed code with the official Pinterest widget builder, and they only offer size changes only with the board and profile widgets right now.
