I’ve tried those plugins and they don’t seem to work all the time. Best bet is to set one up yourself.
You can find instructions for installing a child theme on the WordPress codex or by watching a tutorial.

First of all, thank you very much Luke for your tutorial it really helped to build a child theme from the codex, but unfortunately did’t work on this AccessPress Parallax Theme, I believe this theme in particular is not a child theme friendly.
just to let you know…I’am using a child theme in Accesspress Lite ( http://www.conhecerdireito.com ) and its working just fine. However, in the Parallax theme it is not on the http://www.estudardireito.com . =(
So…I’`m going to use this Parallax theme and wait for a couple months to get another shot and try again to create a Child Theme after some updates from Access Keys.
