Wordfence

have just installed WF – two issues:

– have disabled live logging to to page speed and it is still calling this despite not being selected:

so I tried to deactivate the plugin to re-install it, and it wont let me deactivate the plugin at all?

I am reluctant to delete or rename the folder due to all the stuff it will leave behind?
