.po files not syncing with .pot

Hey, I’am using woocommerce, I want to translate the woocommerce file to polish. I have 100% translation ready and when i press sync, site doesnt translate itself, I’ve tried forcing woocommerce translation as well but it doesnt seem to work. My translation files are located in /wp-content/language/plugins, I’ve also tried putting them directly in /languages folder but that doesnt seem to work.
Heres what I’ve done in detail – created new translation set for polish, forced language update from woocommerce (so it would fill .po file with translation) and pressed sync. I am really desperate it used to work before but now I dont know what to do, I think I should also add that I’am using custom theme. However I dont think thats relevant since I’am trying to translate a plugin.
