• Please look at the site to see what I am experiencing:

    http://www.upstatemagazine.com/blog/

For some reason the commenting (posting) capability is not showing up anywhere, whether you are logged in or not. When I try accessing different comment-related pages on the server to understand, I get something like this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_filter() in /home/upstatem/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/default/comments-popup.php on line 3

I have customized all the pages in the template so I would really rather not upload entirely new files…

  • You don’t need to “access” anything. Just read your own blog 🙂
    It says:
Both comments and pings are currently closed.

You can re enable comments and trackbacks if you wish through you dashboard > Options > Discussion > Then check the boxes
Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
Allow people to post comments on the article.

Jeremy, I have enabled the comments and trackbacks, but I’m not seeing a trackback url on my blog. How can I get the trackback url to show up so people can copy it?

    Thank you.

    Darlene
