Have you selected activate from the general settings?
I have the same issue. The log in screen at these sites show none of my customizations. CLI worked yesterday on the first site listed here. But not now. I updated the plug in today.
EastCleveland.org
and ecnarrator.com
You mean activate the plugin?

Under Settings > Custom Login > General Tab – click activate.
Ah, that one. Sorry, i hadnt seen that tab. I would suggest to either make the option default or to include it at the very top of the first visible tab because I think its kinda hidden right now.
Thank you for your help.
Sorry for adding this message to resolved post, but I’d like to add this for someone who will probably be looking for this information here.
If you doesn’t see any changes at all (not working at all), and “Under Settings > Custom Login > General Tab – click activate” is activated, but still no effect, you can try to uncheck it, save, and then check once again, save – as I did. Then it works pretty fine 🙂
A small bug, apparently
gella2002 figured it out. Before, it didn’t work at all for subdomain of my site AdeptPlus.com.
Once I deactivated it, saved it, then reactivated and saved it, it worked for me. Thanks gella2002!
Thanks everybody, I was having the same issue.
Yay! Thank you. Checking the Activate button (under Settings > Custom Login > General Tab ) off, saving and checking back on worked! Thank you gella2002!
