[_raw_{field name}] not working

    Hi,

    I am using the selectable recipient with pipes from this page Selectable Recipient With Pipe but every time I use [_raw_venue-selection] in the To field of the mail section I get this error message.

    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    I am using Version 4.0.3 of the plugin, does this no longer work with the latest version? I have also defined the pipe to be true yet it still doesn’t work.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Sorry, I wasn’t asking for private support, I just wanted a way to send you a website link so you can view just so it isn’t public for everyone to view, is this not possible?

    Could I please email you the address to the site and then you answer with your reply here. I’d rather not post the link to the site for it to be public.

    Hi Takayuki,

    I have just done a test and putting [_raw_venue-selection] into the Subject field of the mail section works but when using it in the To field it doesn’t send.

    I also tested to see if it was to do with the field being required but that didn’t make any difference, is there anything else I can do to test why this isn’t working.

    Thank you buzztone I already know that but I’m yet to receive an answer as to why this is happening.

    I would really appreciate if I could get this resolved.

    How a plugin author chooses to support, or not support, their plugin is really up to them. Some authors provide no support at all. If this is a major issue for you, and you can’t solve it, then I’d suggest using an alternative plugin.
