Hi Takayuki,
Have you got an email address I can send you the site details to login?
Thanks
No. I don’t need login info. Tell me the URL of the page.

Okay could I send it to you using the contact form on your website as I don’t want it to be visible for everyone to then spam.
Thanks
No, you can’t. Sorry, but I don’t offer private support services and you shouldn’t ask it on this forum.

Sorry, I wasn’t asking for private support, I just wanted a way to send you a website link so you can view just so it isn’t public for everyone to view, is this not possible?
Thanks

Hi Takayuki,
Could I please email you the address to the site and then you answer with your reply here. I’d rather not post the link to the site for it to be public.
I would really appreciate it if you would allow me to do this.
Thanks
Matt

Hi Takayuki,
I have just done a test and putting [_raw_venue-selection] into the Subject field of the mail section works but when using it in the To field it doesn’t send.
I also tested to see if it was to do with the field being required but that didn’t make any difference, is there anything else I can do to test why this isn’t working.
Thanks
Matt

I take it this is now being ignored?

Thank you buzztone I already know that but I’m yet to receive an answer as to why this is happening.
I would really appreciate if I could get this resolved.
How a plugin author chooses to support, or not support, their plugin is really up to them. Some authors provide no support at all. If this is a major issue for you, and you can’t solve it, then I’d suggest using an alternative plugin.

Okay thanks Samuel. As I said I would appreciate if it can be resolved.
I’m facing the same problem, have you found a fix for it?
