unexpected output cookie error on wordpress

I am getting this error… it was working fine, but now, I get this error and I have not updated anything, so nothing has changed, at all, in a few weeks.

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

I did see to try turning on the debugging and now it shows this:

But like I said, nothing has changed, why now, all of a sudden, is this broke?

Okay, this is in Firefox, before I submitted this, I went to chrome and checked and I am still logged in. so it did not kick me out.
Everything works in chrome.

In firefox I cleared my cookies, still same error. so must be something in Firefox that wordpress does not like.

Any ideas?
