File Upload does not work anymore

I can no longer up load images to my WP site. When I try I get this.
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2015/01.

I tried it with filezilla and I got this.
Response: 550 Leather-Off-Billet_01.jpg: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error
I looked in the fileManager on the server and all permissions are set to 755.

The last time I was working on this site I had no issue.
