    Hi Matt,

    Could you give us some more information? What is your current WooCommerce version? And your current WordPress version? Is there a (live) developer version online?

    Is the plugin enabled and are the settings properly configured?

    Hi, I would like to see the customer response on the new order email apart from order details. Could you please provide me with code snippet which I can insert either in the themes function.php file or the target email template?
