error 404 and error 403

i’ve installed wordpress 4.1 correctly in http://www.solaronegypt.com/ or
http://solaronegypt.com/ records
when i try to enter to it, find server error 403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
also i’m tried to write http://www.solaronegypt.com/index.php or http://solaronegypt.com/index.php its find another server error 404 – File or directory not found.

when i try to press f5 or ctrl with f5 for two to four second hold thos bottom, website is opening but not correctly content
