WordPress theme design request.

We badly need a design, the site is http://keblestrading.com.au and we badly need a design. Below are the plugins that we need, specifically CataBlog is really important. I don’t know about the other plugins though.

Current Theme: eleven40 Child Theme

Active Plugins: CataBlog, Disable Comments, Display Widgets, Exclude Pages from Navigation, Formidable, Genesis Responsive Slider, Genesis Simple Edits, Genesis Simple Hooks, Select My Page Order, p2pConverter, Page Security, Post Types Order, Super Simple Google Analytics, WordPress SEO, WP-Table Reloaded, WP Anti Spam, wp responsive photo gallery

Inactive Plugins: Genesis Tabs, Twenty Eleven Theme Extensions, WordPress Importer

Please feel free to submit your design proposals and hopefully, the active plugins that I mentioned will work with your design. Inform me about your price too. Also, how do you make like a duplicate version of the site so that the live site wouldn’t be affected when you apply and test out the new theme?
