Do you have detailed instructions how to enable tag in page.
or just put code “get_the_tags” to page code?

Actually it’s just that. – You can add for example the template tag <?php the_tags(); ?> within the loop as explained in the function reference.

Here’s how the core team implements a tags-list in the Twenty Fourteen theme.
