Plugin doesn't work with local CDN

    Hi Jordy,
    great plugin, tanks a lot for it!
    I have trouble with the retina-rewrite. I’m running a local CDN on a subdomain. At the beginning, everything works fine but since some month there are just the icons and template-images from the main-domain rewritten to @2x….
    The main-images, I’m hosting on the subdomain, are not more rewritten anymore. The logfile shows that too.
    It is really strange, that this issue wasn’t there all the time. I think it startet with WordPress 4.x. But I’m not sure, because I’ve seen this issue only by coincidence.
    It would be great if you could have a look at this. I think, I’m not the only one with this problem, probably just the first one who tells you.
