Can you share some screenshot? Tested it with S2 and the menu items are showing fine. No need to hover just to see sub-menu. Is this the same thing on your end?

Theme remains full width and tries to remain full width in iPad/iPhone.
In PRO it turns fully responsive.
I think i have already mentioned you this in other tickets.
I do not question the topic is browsing smartphone and iPad that does not work well, access to the second submenu is impossible

I think the author wants to say is that on free version the menu, layout, etc is not responsive. That is why submenu is impossible.
What is the S2?
An older smartphone from Samsung. 🙂
